00:12It's really about how you feel and eating healthy really makes a huge difference to your life

00:52this is literally how you act around the house

01:07Now being lazy can actually be a really good thing for your healthy eating
01:12A tendency to really not be bothered to find food, like
01:16there are times when I am like this
01:19I'm a bit peckish
01:22Yeah, this will do
01:25The key to successful lifestyle change is to work with your personality and not against it
01:30and because I am this lazy
01:32it's actually the environment that plays a huge role in how I eat
01:37If it's really, really easy to eat and convenient
01:40you will eat it because it's just there
01:55If you replace everything you have in your cupboard with things
01:58that you're supposed to eat, the same thing will happen
02:01because you're way too lazy to get other food, you will just eat what's in there
02:10All you need to do is cut up some carrots and grab a tub of hummus
02:14It's really that easy. It's so yum
02:16You'd be surprised like how much food you have in your house
02:19but isn't supposed to be there
02:20I am honestly so guilty of stocking my hose up with food that is not good for me
02:25simply because it's on special
02:28Okay, so I gotta get vegetables
02:29Half price? Hell yeah
02:33Two for three dollars? Come to mama
02:35So, if there's one thing, I want you guys to have a look at today
02:38to look at your pantry, your fridge, your cupboard
02:41everything in your house, and just evaluate whether you want to keep eating that kind of food
02:46If it changes one thing, it will make such a huge difference
02:49even if all other things are equal
02:54So I hope this video has helped you guys
